SharePoint Webpart Deserialization Error

I get a random web part error, it works with one update and then not the following:

Web Part Error . One of the properties of the web part has the wrong format. Windows SharePoint Services cannot deserialize the Internet Part. Check the format of the property and try again.

Web parts have long been on the site, and I checked Micorsoft Support, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/826786 . And this is not a mistake of permission, because he has been this way for a long time. The only thing that changed regarding web pages was in site settings> Web Parts> New and selected some web pages that were not in the list, and I think I also checked those that have this random error, and clicked "Populae Gallery".
