What is a good Cnet Telnet client implementation?

What would be a good open source Telnet client implementation in C # that can be used in closed source (i.e. not under the GPL)?

The best C # Telnet Lib I've found is called Minimalistic Telnet. It is very easy to understand, use and modify. It works great for the Cisco routers that I need to configure.
