SSRS WinForm Report Viewer Actions

I am looking at a WinForms control to view reports in SSRS 2005 and want to know if you can do anything else than call a URL or display another report. My boss loves managing the report viewer, but wants to know if you can customize it so that by clicking on a cell he can open another form.

I think that the Action property is the right tool for this, but I don’t see any options for running the code ... all I see is Go to Bookmark, Go to Report and Go to URL. Is there an event that the control provides so I can use to determine which cell was clicked, or in some other way I can do it?

Look at the documentation, there is a Hyperlink event in the ReportViewer control that is fired whenever a user clicks on a link within a report. You may be able to handle this event, set Cancel to True and complete your action.

- " URL", URL-, . , " http://example.com?action=ShowHelloWorld". e.Hyperlink , .
