Time Tracking User Interface Design

I’m trying to present an interface for a time tracking system that will allow users to see, at a glance, how much time still needs to be completed.

This is complicated by the fact that there are no fixed hours - employees must work at least 6 hours on any day of the week, and at the end of each month they should work 7.5 hours for each working day of this month. In any case, 7.5 hours can be carried over to the next month. Employees can also take up to 1 in the morning and 1 day per month "flexible" time. Time needs should be recorded at 10.15 the next day, but this rule is bent during employment, and the boundaries of the end of the week and especially the end of the month become more important.

So, what is the most readable format that displays the current time entered and highlights the approaching deadlines for incomplete records, while still feeling how far ahead / behind the person is (i.e. if you have a week to go this month and you are on 8 hours in advance, you can schedule a little extra time for the blanket).

My first installment is a daily schedule with a red line of 6. But this does not give you an idea of how far ahead or behind you is for each day or month, or you are close to missing a deadline ...

bar chart (Please excuse the terrible layout)

Maybe I'm trying to convey too much information in one place?

Here's a mock of recorded time vs required time suggested by Deacon Reed graph of time vs target

To take Deacon Reed's idea one step further, why not make each point in the form of +/- hours forward or backward, with your base always 0. Thus, you will have more detailed information. I am not sure that I will find my point of view, but it is difficult for me to do without an example, and I do not have time.
