Where do we create a presentation and presentation in a passive view on WinForm?

I am new to the passive view, I would like to know if we have a basic and detailed form in the WinForm application. Therefore, when the user clicks the wizard button, he displays the shape of the part. Where do we create the presentation and presentation? I don’t think we are creating code behind the form. But if we create an instance of the presenter method, it means that we connect our presenter with the form. Are there any good examples or frameworks of Passive View for creating a WinForm.Net application?
