Difference between member and method on msdn website?

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb351562.aspx when you go to this page on the left side, it has links to the "members" and "methods" of the class, but it looks the same to me. is there any difference

An “element” is something inside a class or interface, so this includes methods, fields, properties, subtypes, and possibly more. At the bottom of the page you are linking to, you will notice that the properties are not on the method page.
