UnitOfWork implementation

Question

I may be too n00b to figure it out, but I read Gabriel Schenker http://nhibernate.info/doc/patternsandpractices/nhibernate-and-the-unit-of-work-pattern.html Implementing UnitOfWork and I really can't get the point.

Why does UnitOfWorkImplementor.Dispose need to redirect the utility to UnitOfWorkFactory and it redirects to UnitOfWork ??? Why is it really not possible to dispose of UnitOfWorkImplementor?

Is there another example implementation of UnitOfWork? (Even easier).
