How to undo the previous version of the TFS project?

Somehow I checked the version of the web project that deleted the whole folder (with subfolders and asp.net files). I want to return these files, I can sacrifice the last registration, because I can play it again again.

How to tell the TF server to return to the version immediately before the current one?
