Configure Eclipse for the OA Framework?

Does anyone know the steps to configure Eclipse to work with the Oracle Framework?

Alternatively, does anyone know a resource to do this?

I would like to avoid using JDeveloper if possible.

An OA extension is required to develop OA Framework pages. OA extensions are available for Jdeveloper. If the OA extension for Eclipse does not exist, it may not be possible to start OA pages with it.
