How to get a page to be removed from a search engine index?

Situation: Google indexed a page on a forum. Now the stream is deleted. How can I get Google and other search engines to remove the cached copy? I doubt they will have anything against this, since the linked page no longer exists, and updating the index and its effectiveness should be in the best interests.

Is this possible, or do I need to wait months to update the index? Or will the page stay forever?

I do not own the corresponding site, so I can not change the robots.txt file, for example. I would like to force the update as a "third party".

I also noticed that the new page on the resource that I created two days ago is already in the cache. Given that I can make an estimate, how long does it take for an invalid page in this domain to be deleted?

EDIT: So, I did a test. It took less than 2 months to abandon the page. Quite a long time ...

It's incredibly easy to delete it - however replacing the page with completely empty content ensures that you remove the page ranking when it is redone.

EDIT: Since you are not the owner, I am afraid this solution will not work.
