Best practices for running SQL Server Reporting Services. Should I run a database or web server?

I am setting up a new environment to run multiple intranet web applications. I have 2 servers, one will be SQL Server 2008, and the other will be IIS. I also need to install SQL Server Reporting Services. I'm not sure if it would be better to run report services on a database server or on a web server. Is there any best practice for this situation?
