Is there a way to unlock a file locked by another user without having to log in to VSTFS 2008 using my account?

I need to make changes to files blocked by another user who is no longer available. How can I unlock files without logging in using my account in Visual Studio 2008 TFS?

Yes, although you do need to get familiar with the Team Foundation Server tf.exe command line.
