Using MarkDown on dynamic websites?

Question

Are there any WYSIWYG editors that work in Markdown? (any platform / language) ... Thus, consumers do not need to see the code behind, just work in the MS-Word interface.

Supported the MarkDown editor in which you view and edit the Markdown source (for example, the one I'm writing this question with) will also be ok.
