What does framing another site mean?

I was provided with a copy of the proposed agreement on the site, in which one of the conditions:

... each of us can for the Term: ... frame on another site

What is meant by "framing"? I suppose this could have something to do with embedding an iframe or capturing part of our main page without additional logos or other similar images?

I understand that framing basically captures your content and makes it look like part of my site, as you said, on the edge of the content in an iframe.
