I want to create a volume slider for my application. I do not mind whether it controls the main volume or the volume of the program, but I do not want to use pinvoke if there is an alternative. I am using C # with .NET 3.5.
As mentioned in the question Changing the level of the master volume , there are two different APIs depending on your OS (Xp or Vista).
However, if you can call from your .net program, some of the winapi functions mentioned in this question, you will be able to implement what you are asking for.
