How to check site markup [HTML / CSS] behind a firewall?

I am designing a website, but it’s behind a firewall, and services like http://validator.w3.org/ will not work.

Are there any free apps that I could run on Windows or Mac OS X that would check html and css?

It will even work with HTML files on your PC.

The web developer toolbar for Firefox has "Check local HTML" in the "Tools" menu, which does just that. And this is just one of about 457 reasons for installing a web developer toolbar.
