Project Dependency Diagram in Visio

I am looking for a tool that will generate an assembly / project dependency diagram in Visio (or as close as possible) to help me break down part of our system into more manageable trunk lines.

The ability to include / exclude project dependencies is optional (i.e. include / exclude system assemblies).

Try ReSharper. (I am not affiliated with a product or company, but it provides many nice features for walking around games).

You can also try Depends.exe using the SysInternal toolkit - now from Microsoft.
