I am working on an online tool for students of my faculty to calculate their final level for their degrees, and for a while I had few problems. Students seem to like using the new interface, and I have not experienced any criticism for a while. Now I need to add some functions to the program, that is, the user interface will have a chance a little, but in some very noticeable places.
After you watched the entire New Facebook news, as well as the list of bad interface apps here on SO and the MS Office feed receiving mixed reviews, I wondered if the user interface should really change if users like it. Should the user interface be updated in a few years to interest users / be more efficient? Should functions be held for a clean user interface?
