Find people to test usability

Question

Does anyone have any recommendations / experience on how to find people who want to do usability testing of web applications? I suspect that I may need people who really can be potential users, because mine is a commercial / vertical application that contains some processes and terminology that may not really matter for the average joe / jane.

I have a pretty solid prototype web application for people in the sales department, and before I go too much further, I want to try a few key parts for some live users. I have some friendly faces that I can turn to (and already have), but I really want strangers not to feel that they need to be nice to me.

I am well versed in usability tests, he discovers that guinea pigs are difficult.

You can also check out uTest.com , software testing services that rely on the crowdsourcing testing process. Although more on the side of functional and technical testing, I'm sure you could discuss a test project that is more focused on usability testing.
