What IDE (if any) are you creating python GUI projects with?

Is there an IDE (e.g. VS) with drag and drop support for building a python GUI, connecting to dbs, etc.? Although I'm an emacs guy, it's much easier for me to create a GUI with VS.

For the GUI only, I find VisualWx ( http://visualwx.altervista.org/ ), which is very well suited for designing wxPython applications on Windows.

For a GUI + database, dabo ( http://dabodev.com/ ) is probably a good answer.
