Loading an image image from a byte array in VB6

Question

The question here perfectly explains how to convert the image in the image field to an array of bytes in VB6. I want to do the opposite and load an image from an image from a byte array.

I found a partial solution here that uses the following code

How do I pass the offset and size of this function?

An argument Sizeis the total number of bytes that contain the image in the array Offset- this is the index of the array where the data begins, which allows one array to store multiple images.
