How to get photo from GAL to Outlook email form?

Question

Outlook 2007 displays photos of contacts on the right side of the mail form. This only works for your personal contacts and if you have photos.

Is there a way to connect this picture to GAL or AD for the company so that all the photos of employees are shown automatically? Hope you don't have to write and deploy a new msg form.

To save a photo in AD, you can use the attribute jpegPhoto(see the formal description on MSDN ). Here is a way to do it using VBScript , and here is one for doing it using VB.NET .
