Assumption: The live / production web application suppresses errors shown to end users.
Suppose that your technical support wants to see live data, but with the eyes of the application development side (perhaps you want to see what errors occur, or want to see when your problem is fixed using end users).
Now we have one database serving both dev and live boxes (not my idea - I know this is rude).
Ideas?
