What are the benefits of MSF for Agile Software Development?

Now I am usually skeptical of newcomers to Visual Studio who come with a “flexible” brand. Therefore, when I saw Agile for MSF in a document with a process document, I thought I would look (which is suitable for switching to flexible. Its amazing ... the speed of accepting anything that is signed by Microsoft.)

With a quick glance, this looks like a bunch of workflow templates + some terms from UX Design (Personas) reports + IDE + management / "management". I have not seen much added value compared to the overhead of the process of entering all work items and various information into the data repository.
But I could be wrong. We didn’t spend much time on “deep diving”. Therefore, if someone uses this or evaluates it (without bias), please share your results.
