Time / Time Sensor for ASP.Net

Question

It looks like the standard asp.net 2 RangeValidator control does not allow time. for example 01/01/2008 12:00 is not accepted in my range, although it should be valid. If I delete the time, it will work as expected.

Is there a validator that allows you to use the date / time format?

Update

We do not have Ajax extensions. Ideally, I would like to use an existing control or regular expression for use with CustomValidator. Validation must be on the client side, part of the server check is simple.
