Is it better to use nested wizard pages or user controls for a multi-section website?

I am creating a website on which there are 5 different sub-sites, each of which has the same general appearance, but each has its own logo and added navigation.

What do you think is the best approach:

  • Use the new features of the nested homepage to create 5 submasters.
  • Use one main page and dynamically load user controls corresponding to each sub-site specific logo / navigation.

I am currently walking down the route of the embedded master page.

Update (12/19/2008):

I use nested wizard pages and it works great. You can go through ContentPlaceHolders and even have default content for placeholders.

A nested wizard is much better than loading a user control dynamically. Dynamic loading of the control is slow.
