How to simulate a slow printer in Windows XP?

To test printing in a Visual Basic project, I need to simulate a SLOW printer, how can I do this?

Fax modems are pretty slow and you can find a print driver for fax. But since Windows print jobs start, your application will not notice that the printer device is slow.
