Requires PHP Datpick management and event calendar

Question

I am looking for suggestions for PHP:

• calendar management / widget that I can embed on a web page so users can select dates. Datpicker.
• calendar software that will provide a weekly calendar view similar to what Microsoft Outlook provides. It should display the days of the week in columns and rows representing time intervals. Each cell will display events that occur per day / time interval

I am not looking for one piece of software that does both. This should not be fantasy or fully functional. I need something basic for a small project. It would be great if the software WAS NOT PAID from the database or, if that happens, it can support Oracle.

Regarding a comprehensive calendar organizer, unfortunately, I do not know.

I am using DHTML Calendar . It works everywhere and is easily accessible for skins, and also contains very beautiful skins (except for the ugly demo on its website).

As for the full calendar, have you thought about integrating with Google Calendar ? They have already done all this and, of course, are fully compatible with the browser.
