How to implement a wiki style in your web application?

In the web application that I am developing, I want to implement modifications to the wiki style (where each edit is saved, you can compare, and users can easily undo the changes).

What a good way to realize this without reinventing the wheel too much?

I believe that you are really looking for a content management system (CMS), of which the Wiki is a specialization (IMHO).
