Is there a good way to get around the limitations of running EXE files?

I have to often compute in libraries, and I had some problems with my U3 smartphone. Despite working on some computers, public libraries limit the execution of EXE files and disable AutoPlay, which makes my U3 applications useless. Is there a good way to get around the limit and get something - anything - to run?

If you manage to get around the restrictions and catch, you may be prohibited from fully using computers in the library. I recommend living without executables or finding a computer to use somewhere else.
