Can SQL Server 2005 Express perform a full backup?

Question

I need help completing my planned backup strategy.

My database is about 1 gigabyte. I want to make a full backup once a week and increase it every hour.

Is all this built into SQL Server 2005 Express?

Can I roll back backups, so I only keep 1 month of backups?

The value of the full weekly backup is 1 for each week, on the 5th week it records an older full backup.
