Property Page Does Not Display in Visual Studio 2008

Question

I am using Visual Studio 2008 Team Development Edition and my project properties page will not be displayed. I right-clicked the project name and selected "Properties", and no page was displayed as usual. In addition, when I double-click Settings.settings, the normal settings GUI is not displayed. I see XML only in the Settings.settings file. Please help. Thank.

It seems that uninstalling the add-on caused my problem. Reinstalling Visual Studio didn't seem to help, so I took extreme measures and reformatted my machine.
