There are no report items in the toolbar (VS 2008 SP1)

I am using Visual Studio 2008 SP1 (version 9.0.30729.1). My problem is that the only reporting toolbar items that I see are the 3 Text Box elements. Where are the other things? Do I need to add a link to another assembly?

Here are the steps I'm taking:
 1) Open Visual Studio
 2) Add a new project โ†’ โ€œReport applicationโ€
 3) Open a report1.rdlc
 4) Open the toolbar and no controls will be available (except for repeating controls with 3 text fields)

Thank you for your help.

I just renamed it, and the next time VS started it, he recreated the toolbar and all the elements were in place.

Before doing this, I tried to use the reset toolbar using the reset right-click toolbar in VS, but this did not fix the problem, only deleting this folder.
