How can I display notifications on the taskbar?

I want to write an application that periodically displays a notification about the opening of a flash card, the goal is to see if a 5-second distraction every hour can help in learning the language.

For the described application, I probably did not use the notification icon or the taskbar icon. You will probably need a larger window with a larger font.

I would open a frameless window (possibly faded or scrolled in the view), which is located in the lower left corner of the desktop. (Although, of course, remember that not everyone has a taskbar at the bottom of the screen).
