Is there a way in .Net to programmatically generate DTDs from an existing XML file?

I was looking at the System.Xml namespace, but I see nothing that supports this. Does anyone know if it is embedded in .Net, or will I need to get a third-party library for this?

NOTE. I'm sorry that it was as simple as generating xsd, but it will not be done for my specific situation.
