Tool for viewing in WCF SOF message

I know that there is a tool that allows me to see what is actually sent / received in my WCF application, that is, it allows me to see the actual SOAP messages sent over the cable. The problem is that I don’t remember what called this tool, and my Google skills do not help much either. Is anyone

I turn on tracing for the service and use the Microsoft Service Trace Viewer to look at them.
