SQL Server 2005 - Recovering an Encrypted Database on Another Server

I backed up the encrypted database (symmetric key / certificate) and restored it to another server.

Unfortunately, we have problems with decryption ... hoping someone can help.

In the restored db, I see the Symmetric key and certificate in SSMS, but when I try to open the key using cert (open symmet key KeyA decryption according to CertB certificate) I get after a very descriptive error:

Msg 15466, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 An error occurred while decrypting.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

You can perform recovery from the target server using UNC, you do not need to copy the file.
