In a WPF ListView, how can I prevent auto-scrolling?

I have a WPF ListView that currently scrolls every time I click on an item that is only partially visible. How can I make the control scroll this element in the form (instead, just select partially visible)? This behavior is very annoying when you drag and drop from this control.

Thank.

Added: I'm looking for a solution that allows me to control the control by clicking on content that, according to the manual, is not completely visible. Often this is a few pixels, and scrolling is not required.
