How do you register a windows service during installation?

I created a Windows application on VB.net 2008 and used the Setup Wizard to add the installation process.

The installer works by adding an application to add / remove programs and copy all files, etc., but it lacks the final (required) step of the actual installation of the service.

I added the main result of the project as a custom action to install and uninstall without success.
