Moving Directories in Subversion

Question

I inherited a subversion repository that looks like this:

https: // foo / product / src

I want to make it more like:

• https: // foo / product / trunk / src
• https: // foo / product / tags
• https: // foo / product / branches

Will move. / src in. / trunk / src save history? I also want other developers not to curse me for that. Are there any unforeseen consequences from this? I want developers to simply move a simple repository directory.
