I need to have a working web browser in a full-screen Direct3D application. For example, games based on Valve Source (sort of) do it in the MotD window when you join the server. Any tips on where to look?
Second Life uses ubrowser ( http://ubrowser.com/ ) to embed the browser in the 3D world. Since the source code is available to the Second Life client ( http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Get_source_and_compile ), it would be nice to see how they did it.
Note that they use OpenGL, not Direct3D ... but in OpenGL there is nothing specific in ubrowser.
