Does anyone know of a free / low cost command line resource editor for win32 managed exes / dlls

I was recommended the "Resource Tuner Console" , but this is a bit out of my price range.

I am looking for something that could be run from a nant build script, and said to stamp exe with an additional property, as described in the previous question.
