How can I search for questions from a script?

Question

Given a sequence of keywords, such as "Python Best Practices," I would like to get the first 10 questions that contain these keywords sorted by relevance (?), Say, with a Python script. My goal is to make a list of tuples (name, URL).

How can i do this? Could you ask Google instead? (How would you do this with Python?)

I would just use Pycurl to concatenate search terms to uri request.
