To switch HTML people in the middle of a stream

So this is my first PM experience and shame for me if I do not learn something new every day. The guy I hired to do my XHTML / CSS took a place anywhere else. Which is leaving.

I can either stay with him (he said he could help a friend during this transition), but he was NOT reliable. However, if I switch horses at this point, I will need to get a new CSS, a new main page, half of my pages will have the old and half new.

UGH ... really stinks. Any recommendations from people who have done this before?

Oh, and PS, I need to do all this, for example, three weeks ago.

UPDATE: Sorry, I was not clean, this is not an internal rental, I sent compensation to the company that did it. That is why I am concerned that the new company will not want to work with the old company.

Why do you need new CSS, etc.? Is the code so bad that it needs to be thrown away? CSS doesn't have to be that hard for someone to pick up - especially if you can hire a new guy fast enough to get a general transition.

Yes, but usually these guys love to do their own ... do you think the new guy will use it with the old guy? I mean a great format.

In addition, I know that this is not a format for this, but if someone has someone, he can recommend in the New York metro area, which can do a good job quickly, I would like an email.

Thank.
