A good book / resource for learning "efficient" C ++ template programming?

I saw Scott Myers "Effective C ++" in the third book with a little separation on "Template Programming."

Any other books / links containing information on the "efficient" use of templates?

Rarely mentioned but solid book C ++ General Knowledge by Stephen C. Devhurst. "Among the first C ++ users at Bell Labs," Dewhurst gives the book a somewhat misleading title, because it actually covers quite a few advanced materials, particularly with regard to templates.

The Dewhurst book is organized similarly to Meyers with 63 β€œelements” that you can usefully read on your own. On templates, you should view items 45-59 (about 70 pages).
