A good book / resource for learning "efficient" C ++ template programming?

I saw Scott Myers "Effective C ++" in the third book with a little separation on "Template Programming."

Any other books / links containing information on the "efficient" use of templates?

I like C ++ Modern Design: Typical programming and design patterns are applied . I found this very well written and understandable. Contains several advanced topics.

Rarely mentioned but solid book C ++ General Knowledge by Stephen C. Devhurst. "Among the first C ++ users at Bell Labs," Dewhurst gives the book a somewhat misleading title, because it actually covers quite a few advanced materials, particularly with regard to templates.

The Dewhurst book is organized similarly to Meyers with 63 “elements” that you can usefully read on your own. On templates, you should view items 45-59 (about 70 pages).
