Well-designed ASP.NET application

Question

Does anyone know of a good open source ASP.Net 3.5 application that covers as many good “patterns and practices” as possible based on the latest tools and technologies? Ah, that should not be too complicated either. And well documented, if possible.

The S # arp Architecture architecture project is what you are looking for. I love the MVC Storefront series, but it's a little tedious to keep track of all the screens. S # arp provides an excellent coding framework along with fairly solid documentation.
