What is the best / easiest way to talk to SQLite from .NET?

The question says it all, really. My application is a time tracker. It is currently written as a spreadsheet, but there is too much data, and I would like to put a little more structure on it.

SQLite seems in a neat way.
I would be open to other suggestions.

If you are working on an open source application and want the lightweight interaction level to be used for SQLite, the SQLite code in the Media Portal might be of interest (see SQLiteClient.cs)
