How do you do ALSA in Mono?

Question

Does anyone know how to access ALSA (low-level audio API) on Linux using Mono?

NOTE. I hope to access ALSA using PInvoke.

I believe there are no bindings for Mono. You can look at ALSA Python bindings and Mono D-BUS bindings and try to create your own.

However, it would be better and easier for you to use GStreamer. Mono GStreamer's ligaments are mature and work well.
