Windows hangs during headless build

We are trying to automate the assembly of one of our products, which includes the step at which it packs some things using WISE. At some point, WISE pops up a progress bar to show how this happens. If one of them is connected to a computer with a remote desktop, the assembly works fine, but if one of them is not connected, then the racks under construction until you reconnect, at that moment a window will open and continue the assembly. Does anyone know about this? Is there some way to fool windows into believing that there is a desktop session?

Sorry for one more hunch - but I had a problem installing a wise installation. This was because WISE installed the “font” and thus transmitted the message “with system configuration change”. My DELL had a Dell utility running on it that had a message queue that it did not read, so the installer locked the broadcast. WISE has released a new version for me that, instead of asynchronous broadcasting, fixed the problem. Perhaps your system has an application that does not bother reading its message queue when there is no desktop.

Finally, the answer is: check that you have the latest fixes for your WISE installer. In particular, find fixes that fix locks associated with the window system.
