Can someone point me in the right direction? I want to distribute a WCF peer for exchanging clouds over the Internet. So far I have seen examples of how it works on the same subnet. I want to push him a little further.

Didn't you try the One click deployment method? Or how about having an MSI installation package to download? This is the deployment or message you are trying to solve. Sounds like a distribution problem.

The method for getting problems with NAT-NAT is called "NAT Traversal".
